How We Started
"Our team was formed from a shared commitment to honor those affected by breast cancer. Inspired by the strength of one mother's nine-year battle, we strive to carry forward her legacy of health, balance, and compassion."
Guided by our roots in Latvia, where sauna and cold plunge are daily rituals, we learned that healing is deeply communal. Sweat and Soak was born from this belief.
At the heart of our mission is our faith in Jesus Christ. Through Him, we seek to bring restoration not only to the body but also to the soul.
